ABOUT THE VILLA
Our Florida home sits on a double plot at the end of a quiet cul de sac. It backs onto a natural lake, beyond which is the third hole of the Long Marsh Golf Course.
The rest of the house faces south west and the deck and pool area are bathed in sunshine all day.

WELCOME TO OUR BEAUTIFUL FLORIDA HOME
Rotonda is in an ideal location for exploring all that Florida has to offer - beaches,wildlife, shopping, eating, drinking, boating, kayaking, cycling and so on … or you may just prefer to stay and relax in the peace and quiet by the pool or at one of the beautiful local beaches (all within a 15 - 20 minute drive).
There are a number of good restaurants, bars and grocery stores within a 15 minute drive.
Excellent Gulf beaches include Manasota Key, Englewood, Stump Pass and the stunning Boca Grande accessed via a toll bridge.
Our Florida home is situated in the Pine Valley subsection. Long Marsh Golf Course is one of four courses on Rotonda (www.rotondagolf.com) and it benefits from a 9 hole extension which can be seen from the rear of the house.
